Terms & Conditions — 55aec Platform

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 55aec platform available at 55aec.net (hereinafter "the Platform"), you ("the User", "you", or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with the 55aec Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 55aec Platform and close your account if one has been registered. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of all Terms as amended from time to time.

55aec reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 55aec Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 55aec enforces a strict 21-and-above age policy without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction from participating in online gaming activities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 55aec Platform or had an account closed by 55aec for misconduct.
• You are of sound mind and are not accessing the Platform under duress or compulsion.

55aec reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 55aec Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

All financial transactions on the 55aec Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 55aec does not currently support transactions in any foreign currency and no currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

55aec may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page before you opt in.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• 55aec reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring offers already claimed by eligible users.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of 55aec management is final and binding.

All games available on the 55aec Platform — including live casino tables, sports betting markets, slot games, and jackpot fishing — operate according to their individual game rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or section of the Platform. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55aec Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 55aec reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent ban — upon detection of any of the following:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, errors in odds, or any other technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players, live dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on events in which you have any involvement or advance knowledge of the outcome.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 55aec staff or other users via any communication channel.

55aec is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that while the Platform is designed for entertainment, gaming can become problematic for a small number of users. The tools and resources described below are available to all registered 55aec users at no charge.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions from within account settings.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) if you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the 55aec Platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen duration and all accounts associated with you will be closed.

All content on the 55aec Platform — including but not limited to the 55aec brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55aec or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, redistribute, or publish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 55aec.
• Use the 55aec brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context without authorisation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55aec, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gaming outcomes, technical malfunctions, or connectivity failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, server outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes caused by certified random number generators operating within published return-to-player parameters.
• Any actions taken by 55aec in enforcing these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture of funds resulting from confirmed Terms violations.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

55aec collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that Policy.

55aec does not sell or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party payment processors (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa operating systems), game content providers, and identity verification services solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform services.

55aec reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 55aec will provide advance notice to registered users via the contact details on their account. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and remain informed of any changes.

55aec may suspend or permanently terminate your account, and withhold or forfeit any associated balance, without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• Failure to comply with a lawful request for identity verification documentation.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement mandating account closure.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any funds remaining in your wallet may be withheld pending investigation. Funds determined to represent legitimate deposits — net of any outstanding wagering requirements — will be returned at 55aec's sole discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.
